Nourishing Millions: Stories of Change in Nutrition is a new initiative led by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).
In recent years, high-level political commitment to address undernutrition has ramped up significantly. Recognizing the need for well-documented stories of how to generate and scale up nutrition successes and develop leadership in nutrition, this project will bring together several narratives of change – of country-level progress, of successful programs and interventions, as well as stories of individual leaders and nutrition champions.
This project follows on Millions Saved and Millions Fed, identifying success stories in global health and agricultural development respectively. It will complement and link with the Stories of Change project coordinated by Transform Nutrition, a multi-stakeholder research consortium led by IFPRI. The Nourishing Millions project will also contribute to Compact2025, an IFPRI-led initiative to support countries, institutions, and initiatives for the elimination of hunger and undernutrition by 2025.
We invite you to explore this website and learn more about how you can nominate a successful nutrition intervention.
